I was hesitant when I first opened the package as it was soft and not shaped well. Upon letting it sit in the air, it started to firm up. It’s extremely supportive and the velvet type fabric is soft and comfortable. It has a removable fabric cover that can be washed in the washer. I love the versatility of options of use. I also received it in three days because it was shipped from the USA. Very nice quality, worth the money! Highly recommend it! This was my first review from all my markabu purchases, so you know I was impressed. 😉
