I thought it would be a regular width loaf pan, but longer. It’s not! (See size comparison of photos. I set it inside a 9” x 11” pan). It’s actually the length of a regular loaf pan, but half the width. The carbon steel is very good material. I am keeping it to make tea breads for my grandchildren, who will delight in the mini slices.

Both the cake and the dish woke up and I can't wait to use it!
