The item arrives battered in its packaging, I wanted it as a gift and it doesn't look very pretty. Fortunately, the box managed to protect the contents.
The machine works perfectly and is an item I totally recommend. 😃

Difficult to open the top panel to load the toys. If the toys are too high it’s hard to move the claw around. This comes with a small bag of toys. The mini plushies are easier to grab with the claw than the balls. Has music and you get a little over a minute to try to grab the toy. Music is adjustable loud or soft. Takes batteries and also has a usb charger cord.

I actually bought 3 of them for my granddaughters birthdays. They're awesome, and I bought more capsules and mini stuffy animals for them. Gave one to my youngest granddaughter. she just turned 3 and loves it.
